Job summary

Butler Plus is seeking energetic individuals to be the face of our nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection in multifamily communities.

You’ll use an open-bed pickup truck, a field app for timekeeping and reporting, and work 8:00pm until finish (about 1–2 hours). Training is provided, and reliability is rewarded.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure satisfactory completion of nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection during service evenings.
• Utilize the assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep.
• Utilize Butler Plus’s field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Safely transport collected trash using your open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose of it in the on-site dumpsters, compactors or chute rooms.
• Perform additional services as needed at assigned communities (porter service, bulk item hauling, etc.).
• Maintain daily communication with your supervisor/manager to ensure workflow.
• Work quietly and efficiently with minimal disturbance to residents.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. and climb stairs; work outdoors in varying weather.
