Job summary

Butler Plus is seeking energetic individuals to perform nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection in multifamily communities. You will use an open-bed pickup truck and the company field app to log time, check in/out, and report progress.

No prior experience is required, as we provide training and offer opportunities for growth within a growing company. The role runs Sunday through Thursday evenings, roughly 1.5–2 hours per shift, with competitive pay and incentives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.
• Own an open bed pickup truck is required at most properties.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection is completed during service evenings.
• Use the assigned tote/cart to collect bagged trash from residents’ doorsteps.
• Utilize Butler Plus’s field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Transport trash safely using an open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose of it in on-site dumpsters or chutes.
• Perform additional services as needed at assigned communities (porter service, bulk item hauling, etc.).
• Maintain daily communication with your supervisor/manager to ensure efficient workflow.
