Job summary

Butler Plus is seeking team members to handle nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection at multifamily communities. You’ll work evenings, use an open-bed pickup truck, and follow our field app for timekeeping and reporting.

No experience required; we provide training. A high school diploma and a valid driver’s license with auto insurance are required, along with reliability and a positive attitude to thrive in a growing company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Own an open bed pickup truck (required at most properties).
• Possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection is completed during service evenings.
• Use the assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep.
• Utilize the field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Transport trash safely using an open-bed pickup truck or cart; dispose of trash on-site.
• Perform additional services as needed at assigned communities (porter, bulk items, pressure washing, etc.).
• Maintain daily communication with supervisor/manager to ensure workflow.
• Work quietly and efficiently to minimize noise for residents.
• Lift up to 25 lbs and climb stairs in apartment buildings.
• Work outdoors in varying weather conditions; own a pickup truck (required).
• Have a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
