Job summary

Butler Plus is seeking energetic teammates to handle nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection for multifamily communities. You will use an open-bed pickup truck, a company field app, and follow a set route to ensure timely services.

Training is provided, and growth is possible within a growing company known for reliability and resident-focused service. Evening shifts run Sunday through Thursday, 8:00pm to finish, about 1–2 hours per shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Own an open bed pickup truck (required at most properties).
• Possess a valid drivers license and auto insurance in your name or as an authorized driver.

Responsibilities

• Ensure satisfactory completion of nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection during service evenings.
• Utilize the assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep.
• Utilize Butler Pluss field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Safely transport collected trash using your open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose of it in on-site dumpsters, compactors or chute rooms.
• Perform additional services as needed at assigned communities, including porter service, bulk item hauling, and light cleanliness tasks.
• Maintain daily communication with your supervisor/manager to ensure a streamlined workflow.
• Work quietly and efficiently to minimize noise for residents.
