Job summary

Butler Plus is seeking a dedicated team member for nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection across multifamily communities. Expect to work Sunday through Thursday evenings, roughly 2–3 hours per shift, with pay at $60 per day and semi-monthly payouts.

Training is provided, and opportunities for growth exist within a growing company. Responsibilities include collecting bagged trash, using the company app for timekeeping, and safely transporting waste on an open-bed pickup truck or cart.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection during service evenings.
• Use the assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep.
• Utilize Butler Plus’s field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Safely transport collected trash using an open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose of it in on-site dumpsters, compactors or chute rooms.
• Perform additional services as needed at assigned communities (porter service, bulk item hauling, etc.).
• Maintain daily communication with your supervisor/manager for workflow efficiency.
• Work quietly and efficiently to minimize noise for residents.

• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. and climb stairs in apartment buildings.
• Work outdoors and be exposed to various weather conditions.
• Own an open bed pickup truck (required at most properties).
• Possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance in your name or as authorized driver.
