Job summary

Butler Plus is seeking team members to perform nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection for multifamily communities. You will use an open-bed pickup truck and the company field app to manage timekeeping and reporting.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs. Evening shifts are available, with growth opportunities within a growing company known for excellence.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Must be reliable and self-motivated.
• Able to work independently and responsibly.

Responsibilities

• Complete nightly trash/recycling collection at residents' doorsteps.
• Use the field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Transport trash with an open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose at on-site dumpsters or chutes.
• Perform additional porter services or related tasks as assigned.
• Maintain communication with supervisor to ensure smooth workflow.
