Job summary

Butler Plus is seeking energetic team members to lead the nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection in our multifamily communities. You’ll use a trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from resident doorsteps and report through our field app.

No prior experience required; we provide training. The role is evenings, Sunday through Thursday, about 2–3 hours, with an open-bed pickup truck and a valid driver’s license typically needed. Competitive pay and growth opportunities are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure satisfactory nightly trash/recycling collection during service evenings.
• Collect bagged trash from resident doorsteps using the tote or cart.
• Use the company app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Transport trash safely with an open-bed truck or cart and dispose at dumpsters.
• Assist with other duties as assigned, including porter service and light cleanliness tasks.
