Job summary

Butler Plus is seeking responsible team members for nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection in multifamily communities. Training is provided, and candidates should have a high school diploma with a positive attitude and reliability.

Positions run Sunday through Thursday evenings, roughly 2–3 hours from 7:00 p.m. after which you complete timekeeping in the field app. A valid driver’s license and a smartphone are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Willingness to complete training and learn on the job.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection is completed during service evenings.
• Collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep using the assigned tote/cart.
• Use the company's field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Safely transport trash and dispose of it in on-site dumpsters or chutes.
• Perform additional services such as porter service, bulk item hauling, or light cleanliness tasks.
