Job summary

Butler Plus is seeking dependable team members for nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection across multifamily communities. You’ll use our field app, drive an open-bed pickup, and may perform related tasks such as bulk item hauling and pressure washing.

Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver’s license with auto insurance, a smartphone for the app, and the ability to work Sundays through Thursdays from 8:00pm until 2–3 hours of work. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Own an open bed pickup truck (required at most properties).
• Have a cell phone to download and use the app.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection.
• Use the assigned trash tote to collect bagged trash at residents’ doorsteps.
• Use Butler Plus field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Safely transport trash and dispose of it at on-site dumpsters or chutes.
• Perform additional services as needed (porter, bulk item hauling, pressure washing, etc.).
• Maintain communication with supervisor to ensure workflow.
