Job summary

Butler Plus is seeking team members to handle nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection for multifamily communities across the country. You will use an open-bed pickup truck to collect bagged trash from resident doorsteps, operate the company's field app, and ensure timely service while maintaining a quiet, respectful presence for residents.

• Strong customer service orientation and reliability.
• Able to follow instructions and work independently.
• Comfort with training provided and a focus on safety.

Responsibilities

• Handle nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection at multifamily properties.
• Use assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from residents.
• Operate the company field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Transport trash using an open-bed pickup truck and dispose of it at on-site dumpsters or chutes.
• Perform additional services as needed (porter service, bulk item hauling, etc.).
• Maintain communication with supervisor for efficient workflow.
• Lift up to 25 lbs and navigate stairs; work outdoors in various weather],
