Job summary

Butler Plus is seeking team members to perform nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection for multifamily communities. You’ll use an open-bed pickup truck, follow safety protocols, and complete tasks during evening shifts Sunday through Thursday. Training is provided, with opportunities for growth.

• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection is completed.
• Collect bagged trash from resident doorsteps using an assigned tote or cart.
• Use the company's field app for timekeeping, check-in/out and reporting.
• Transport trash safely using an open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose of it on-site.
• Perform additional services at communities, such as porter service, bulk item hauling, and light cleanliness tasks.
