Job summary

Butler Plus is seeking energetic team members to be the face of our nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection in multifamily communities. You’ll work Sunday through Thursday evenings from 8:00 pm until finished (about 2-3 hours) using a trash tote or cart to collect bagged waste and log time in our field app.

Requirements include owning an open-bed pickup truck, a valid driver’s license and auto insurance, access to a smartphone for the app, a high school diploma, and the ability to lift

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and climb stairs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure satisfactory completion of nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection during service evenings.
• Utilize the assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep.
• Utilize Butler Plus’s cutting-edge field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Safely transport collected trash using an open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose of it in on-site dumpsters or chute rooms.
• Perform additional services as needed, including porter service, bulk item hauling, and light cleanliness tasks.
• Maintain daily communication with your supervisor/manager to ensure a streamlined workflow.
• Work quietly and efficiently to avoid disturbance to residents.
• Adhere to the company's core values and standards.
• Other duties as assigned by the supervisor/manager.
