Job summary

Butler Plus is seeking dependable team members for nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection in multifamily communities. You will be the face of the service, performing collection tasks from resident doorsteps using a tote or cart, and reporting via the Butler Plus app.

No prior experience required as training is provided; candidates must own an open-bed pickup truck and have a valid driver's license with auto insurance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required or preferred.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and reliably in a outdoor/field setting.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection is completed.
• Use assigned tote or cart to collect bagged trash from resident doorsteps.
• Operate the Butler Plus app for timekeeping, check-in/out and reporting.
• Safely transport trash using open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose at on-site dumpsters or chutes.
• Perform additional services at communities as needed (porter, bulk item hauling, pressure washing, etc.).
• Communicate daily with supervisor and maintain quiet operation to minimize noise.
