Job summary

Butler Plus seeks team members to perform nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection for multifamily communities. You’ll use a field app, carry bagged trash from resident doorsteps, and transport it to on-site dumpsters.

Training is provided, and evening hours from Sunday to Thursday offer growth potential within a growing company. Applicants must own an open-bed pickup truck (where required) and hold a valid driver’s license with insurance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection is completed satisfactorily.
• Use the assigned trash tote/cart to collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep.
• Utilize Butler Plus’s field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Safely transport collected trash using an open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose of it on-site.
• Perform additional services as needed (porter service, bulk item hauling, etc.).
• Maintain daily communication with your supervisor to ensure a streamlined workflow.
• Lift up to 25 lbs and climb stairs in apartment buildings.
• Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Own an open bed pickup truck (required at most properties).
• Possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance in your name or listed as an authorized driver.
• Have a cell phone to download and use the company’s app.
• Demonstrate self-motivation and reliability.
• Ability to work independently.
