Job summary

Butler Plus is seeking energetic team members for nightly doorstep trash and recycling collection across multifamily communities. You will use an open-bed pickup and the company app to track time and report progress, while maintaining safety and efficiency in residential settings.

No prior experience? Training is provided. Must have a valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a pickup truck for most properties. Evening shifts from 8:00pm to finish (2–3 hours).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Own an open-bed pickup truck (required at most properties).
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance in your name or listed as an authorized driver.

Responsibilities

• Ensure satisfactory completion of nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection during service evenings.
• Utilize the assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep.
• Utilize Butler Plus’s field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Safely transport collected trash using an open-bed pickup or cart and dispose of it in on-site dumpsters or chute rooms.
• Perform additional services as needed (porter, bulk item hauling, pressure washing, etc.).
• Maintain daily communication with supervisor to ensure efficient workflow.
• Work quietly and efficiently to minimize disturbance to residents.
• Lift up to 25 lbs., climb stairs, work outdoors in varying weather.
