Job summary

Butler Plus is hiring for an evening doorstep trash and recycling role servicing multifamily communities. You will collect bagged trash at resident doorsteps, use our field app for timekeeping and reporting, and transport waste to on-site dumpsters with your own open-bed pickup truck.

Training is provided, and no prior experience is required. Applicants should own a pickup truck, have a valid driver’s license, and be capable of lifting up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Must own an open-bed pickup truck (required at most properties).

Responsibilities

• Ensure satisfactory completion of nightly doorstep trash/recycling collection during service evenings.
• Utilize the assigned trash tote or cart to collect bagged trash from each resident doorstep.
• Utilize Butler Plus's field app for timekeeping, check-in/out, and reporting.
• Safely transport collected trash using your open-bed pickup truck or cart and dispose of it in on-site dumpsters, compactors or chute rooms.
• Perform additional services as needed at assigned communities (porter service, bulk item hauling, etc.).
• Maintain daily communication with your supervisor to ensure workflow.
• Work quietly and efficiently to minimize disturbance to residents.

• Lift up to 25 lbs. and climb stairs; work outdoors.
