Job summary

iDC Logistics Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Lead to supervise dock personnel and support supervisors in daily warehouse operations. You will ensure accurate, on-time shipments and maintain records for shipments while coordinating with transportation providers.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervisory experience, strong Excel/Google Sheets data reporting skills, and a high school diploma. This is a full-time, on-site position with comprehensive benefits and opportunities to lead a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of operations or logistics experience
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience
• Ability to perform data analysis in Excel or Google Sheets
• Strong organization and delegation skills
• Working understanding of warehouse management systems
• Proven experience managing personnel to meet operational objectives

Responsibilities

• Manage the picking, staging, and shipping operations for key clients
• Lead forklift drivers and warehouse associates to meet operational needs
• Coordinate pick-up appointments with transportation providers
• Oversee and be accountable for shipping/outbound KPIs
• Work cross-functionally with Accounts and Support to report on key issues
• Ensure compliance to Health and Safety guidelines and conduct audits as needed
• Provide warehouse management with end of day/shift handover information
• Execute any other duties as identified
