Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or business field with related work experience.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in Automotive Logistics or Crossdock environment.
• Strong math, reasoning, and data interpretation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee tactical and operational planning of inbound/outbound logistics for assigned customer.
• Monitor loads for on-time receipt and delivery window conformance.
• Enforce safety rules and guidelines.
• Train, test, and certify material handlers.
• Oversee receiving and loading of trucks and related paperwork.
• Maintain SOPs and work instructions for customer programs.
• Communicate load status to customers and internal teams.
• Manage customer KPI deck for periodic reviews.
• Ensure correct receiving, inspection, and put-away processes.
• Adjust shift tasks to meet demand and control costs.
