Job summary

CRST The Transportation Solution, Inc. in Keasbey, NJ seeks a Dispatch Manager to coordinate daily fleet operations, manage freight movement, and maintain clear communication with drivers to ensure safety, compliance, and on-time service.

This individual contributor role supports internal teams and customer contacts across assigned shifts, including occasional overnight coverage. Schedule: Monday–Friday 2 pm–11 pm with occasional overnight coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in dispatch, logistics coordination, or fleet operations.
• Knowledge of DOT regulations, Hours of Service, and transportation safety requirements.
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills with attention to accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily dispatch activities to ensure safety, compliance, and on-time performance.
• Partner with fleet managers to communicate with drivers and resolve issues across shifts.
• Maintain open, timely communication with drivers, internal departments, and customers to ensure reliable service.
