Qualifications

• Reading and writing simple instructions, memos, and short correspondence.
• Ability to present information in one-on-one and small group settings.
• Ability to perform basic numerical tasks and document calculations.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living tasks (showers, dressing, meals, budgeting).
• Provide transportation to activities/appointments with a valid Arkansas driver's license.
• Maintain communication via logs and staff meetings regarding client progress.
• Complete required documentation and forms (Behavior/Incident/Progress reports, logs).
• Follow Medicaid and vehicle records procedures and mileage/billing forms.
• Assist in Plan of Care execution to ensure safety and health.
• Support medication management procedures and monitoring.
• Organize recreational activities for clients and demonstrate professional conduct.
• Maintain FCC facilities and vehicles and participate in training.
• Maintain client confidentiality per HIPAA policies.
