Job summary

Friendship Community Care, Inc. seeks a Direct Support Professional for Heritage House Russellville in Russellville, AR. This full-time evening shift (4:00 PM - 12:00 AM) supports clients in home and community settings.

You will work on an interdisciplinary team to provide quality services in a safe environment, helping with daily living tasks, transportation, documentation, and activity planning. A GED or high school diploma and a valid Arkansas driver's license are required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED or equivalent.
Two+ years' experience in direct care with developmentally disabled individuals is preferred.
Must have a valid Arkansas driver's license.

Responsibilities

Assist clients with daily living skills (showering, dressing, housekeeping, meals).
Provide transportation to activities and appointments with a valid Arkansas driver's license.
Maintain documentation including Behavioral Reports, Incident Reports, Progress Reports, and required forms.
Follow medication management guidelines and assist in monitoring procedures.
Organize and carry out recreational activities for clients.
Ensure confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
Assist in updating the Plan of Care and communicating client progress to the team.
Adhere to FCC dress code and act as a positive role model.
