Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living skills (showers, dressing, housekeeping, meals, budgeting).
• Provide transportation to activities/appointments as needed (valid AR driver's license required).
• Document progress and communications in logs and required forms by shift end.
• Follow medication management guidelines and document procedures accurately.
