Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living skills such as bathing, dressing, housekeeping, meals, and budgeting.
• Provide transportation to activities and appointments as needed; Arkansas driver’s license required.
• Maintain clear communication with staff and document progress toward care plans.
• Complete required documentation (behavior reports, incident reports, care sheets, etc.).
• Follow medication management guidelines and monitor procedures.
• Organize recreational activities and ensure a safe, respectful environment.
