Job summary

Friendship Community Care, Inc. in Russellville, AR is seeking a part-time Direct Support Professional for evening shifts (4:00 PM – 8:00 PM).

You will work on an interdisciplinary team to assist clients with daily living skills in home and community settings. Responsibilities include transportation, documentation, medication monitoring support, and engaging clients in activities while following care plans and HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid Arkansas driver's license for transportation duties.
• Ability to communicate effectively and maintain client records.
• Capable of assisting with personal care tasks and activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities and personal care.
• Provide transportation to activities and appointments.
• Maintain documentation and records per FCC and Medicaid guidelines.
• Support plan of care and safety, and monitor health and behavior.
