Responsibilities include personal support, supervision and training, meal preparation, medication administration per orders, and ensuring safety and dignity in daily living activities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma preferred.
• Must have a driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift, push, and/or pull up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal support in the resident's home and community.
• Supervise and train adults with developmental disabilities per individual plans.
• Help residents develop independent living skills.
• Administer medications as per PMOF and MAR with three-way checks.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness in the home and surroundings.
• Communicate needs to supervisors and program staff.
