• Willingness to stay beyond scheduled shift when needed.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in daily living activities, promoting independence.
• Assist with personal care, grooming, hygiene, and mobility needs.
• Monitor health information and document vitals when required.
• Administer medications per training and maintain records.
• Transport individuals to appointments and community activities.
• Maintain documentation in the EHR and follow policies.
