Job summary

Oak Hill in Hebron, CT is seeking a Direct Support Professional (Evenings) for a full-time position in a residential setting. You will support individuals with developmental disabilities to live more independently, with compassion and respect.

This 40-hour weekly role runs Sunday through Thursday, 3pm-11pm, offering a base pay of $20.03 per hour with differential pay on certain schedules. You will document care in the electronic health record and work as part of a mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver's license to transport individuals.
• Able to pass background checks, fingerprinting, and pre-employment health screenings.
• Able to complete required training programs and certifications.
• Commitment to a safe, healthy, professional work environment.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals in daily living activities and independence.
• Monitor and document health information and administer medications per directives.
• Transport individuals to appointments and community activities.
• Assist with meals, mobility, and transfers using approved techniques.
• Document daily activities, health information, and incidents in the EHR; follow regulations.
