Creative Foundations, a Help at Home company, is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide one-on-one care for individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings. Earn $18 per hour with a $1,000 sign-on bonus for eligible hires.

Shifts are afternoon/evening (2 PM–11 PM) with flexible scheduling and opportunities for training and career growth. You play a vital role in helping people live with dignity and independence.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful background check and required training.
• At least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with proof of insurance.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community settings.
• Assist with daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, personal care, transportation).
• Encourage participation in social and community activities.
• Help individuals achieve personal goals and celebrate progress.
• Promote choice, independence, and self-advocacy.
• Accurately documenting care, activities, and progress.
• Communicate with team members to ensure consistent, quality support.
