Job summary

Help at Home is hiring Direct Support Professionals to provide one-on-one support for individuals with developmental disabilities, in home and community settings, helping them live as independently as possible.

We offer flexible schedules, pay ranges from $13–$15 per hour with weekly pay, paid training, benefits, and career growth opportunities. You’ll document care, communicate with the team, and help clients achieve personal goals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated compassion and reliability.
• Ability to communicate clearly with clients and teammates.
• Flexibility to work varied schedules and assignments.
• Must be able to complete required training and background checks.
• Valid driver’s license with insured vehicle or reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals in their homes and communities.
• Assist with daily living activities (cooking, cleaning, personal care, transportation).
• Encourage participation in social and community activities.
• Document care and progress accurately for each client.
• Coordinate with team to ensure consistent, quality support.
