Job summary

Help at Home, LLC is seeking Direct Support Professionals to provide one-on-one care to individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and communities. You’ll help with daily living skills, promote independence, and support participation in social activities.

Starting pay ranges from $14–$16 per hour with weekly pay, flexible schedules, paid training, health benefits, PTO, and opportunities for career growth. We value compassion, reliability, and service to the community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful background check and required training.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with proof of insurance.

Responsibilities

• Provide one‑on‑one support to individuals with developmental disabilities in home and community.
• Assist with daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, personal care).
• Encourage participation in social and community activities.
• Document care and progress accurately.
• Communicate with team to ensure consistent, quality support.
