Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED or two+ years' experience with developmentally disabled individuals.

Responsibilities

• Assists clients in basic living skills and daily personal tasks (e.g., showers, dressing, housekeeping, meal planning).
• Provides transportation to activities/appointments; valid Arkansas Driver's License required.
• Maintains communication via logbooks and staff meetings; documents progress and plans of care.
• Completes behavioral, incident, and progress reports; maintains required documentation per Medicaid/FTA guidelines.
• Supports Plan of Care, monitors health and safety, and assists with medication management per guidelines.
• Organizes recreational activities; models professional conduct and maintains FCC dress code.
• Maintains FCC facilities, vehicles, and paperwork; attends trainings and may drive personal vehicle as needed.
