Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Associate or bachelor's degree in IT preferred.
Minimum of 2 years of IT desktop support experience.
Excellent knowledge of Windows operating systems.
Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
Familiarity with network protocols and configurations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other common business applications.
Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical users.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software for desktops, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
Provide tier 1 end-user support and resolve hardware/software issues.
Set up and maintain user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
Deploy and maintain network printers and peripheral devices.
Document and update IT procedures and troubleshooting guides.
Collaborate with IT to identify process improvements and system upgrades.
