SanMar Corp. is seeking a DC Supervisor to manage all aspects of the distribution center operations, including receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The role includes coaching hourly staff, performance appraisals, and cross‑department collaboration. The position requires a bachelor's preferred and 4–6 years of warehouse experience, with 1–3 years in a lead role; bilingualSpanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• 4–6 years of warehouse experience.
• 1–3 years as a lead or supervisor.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate with customers; identify colors, sizes, quantity, labels and SKUs.
• Demonstrates ability to follow directions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong conflict management, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; self-directed and proactive.
• Ability to work in a high-demand, high-volume environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Identify and coordinate daily activities to achieve productivity, teamwork, safety, and quality.
• Oversee all distribution center operations to ensure timely processing and delivery of products.
