Job summary

iRiS Recruiting Solutions is seeking a DC Supervisor to manage a fast-paced distribution center in Georgia. You will oversee receiving, stocking, picking and shipping while maintaining staffing, productivity and daily goals.

Leverage WMS reports to identify issues and drive improvements, and coach team members toward strong performance. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of supervising warehouse teams, deep DC operations knowledge, and experience with inbound/outbound processes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years supervising warehouse or distribution teams.
• High-volume DC and WMS knowledge.
• Understanding of inbound and outbound operations.
• Automated distribution center knowledge is a plus.
