Job summary

Owens Realty Services is seeking a General Cleaner to perform custodial work in our facilities. The role covers cleaning offices, lobbies, restrooms, and common areas with attention to safety and quality. You will stock supplies, handle waste and recyclables, and ensure spaces are welcoming and sanitary.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED (preferred) and may involve nights, weekends, and holidays. Training on PPE and safety procedures is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months of related custodial experience preferred.
• Able to understand written and verbal instructions in English.
• Able to follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perfoms routine cleaning of offices, lobbies, breakrooms, bathrooms and stairs to maintain sanitary conditions.
• Cleans furniture, fixtures, windows and surfaces; stocks supplies in restrooms and maintains cleanliness.
• Operates cleaning equipment safely and reports hazards to supervisor.
• Removes trash, sorts recyclables, and maintains organized custodial closets.
• Works a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
