Job summary

Owens Realty Services in Georgia is seeking a General Cleaner to perform custodial tasks across our facilities, including offices, lobbies, restrooms, and common areas. You will clean floors, furniture, fixtures, and surfaces to high standards, dispose waste, restock supplies, and report hazards to a supervisor.

Pay rate is $15.50/hr with a schedule Monday–Friday 8 pm to 10 pm and Saturday 5 pm to 7 pm. High school diploma or GED and previous cleaning experience are preferred; follow PPE and

Qualifications

• Able to understand written and verbal instructions in English.
• Able to follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Familiarity with custodial cleaning standards is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine cleaning of offices, lobbies, breakrooms, restrooms and common areas.
• Cleans and maintains floors, furniture, fixtures and surfaces to high standards.
• Disposes waste, restocks supplies, and reports safety hazards to supervisor.
• Ensures cleaning carts are prepared and stored securely at shift end.
• Adheres to infection control practices and safety protocols.
