Job summary

Owens Realty Services is seeking a General Cleaner to perform custodial work across facilities. Duties include cleaning offices, lobbies and restrooms to industry standards and maintaining sanitary conditions, with productivity targets based on location.

The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 PM to 12 AM, 20 hours per week, part-time, at $15.00 per hour. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, with six months of related experience recommended; PPE and safety procedures must be followed.

Qualifications

• Six months of related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs all assigned tasks in a professional manner to reflect the Company’s integrity.
• Cleans offices, lobbies, breakrooms, bathrooms, elevators and stairs to sanitary standards.
• Cleans and polishes furniture, fixtures, windows, doors and surfaces; moves furniture only as directed.
• Collects trash and recyclables and replaces liners as needed.
• Operates cleaning equipment and follows safety procedures; reports hazards to supervisor.
