Zusammenfassung

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a 2nd shift Custodian to perform a range of cleaning duties in our facilities. You will sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, wash windows, restock supplies, and assist with light maintenance under supervision of the Custodial Manager.

Requirements include the ability to follow directions, work with minimal supervision, and demonstrate energy and organization. The role involves daily cleaning tasks and occasional snow removal at entrances.

Qualifikationen

• Basic cleaning responsibilities require no previous experience.
• Able to work with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Able to use cleaning tools and equipment.

Aufgaben

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and surfaces (inside buildings).
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas.
• Clean bathrooms and restock supplies daily.
• Report defects to supervisors and collect trash daily.
• Replace liners in waste baskets as needed.
• Perform periodic high dusting and polishing as assigned.
• Snow removal from entrances as directed.
