Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a part-time 2nd shift Cleaner to perform custodial duties across our properties. You will sweep, mop, vacuum, and wash floors, windows, restrooms, and surfaces while following established standards and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• Basic cleaning responsibilities requires no previous experience.
• Must be able to take direction, to work with minimal supervision, and to function cooperatively as part of a team.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and other surfaces.
• Use floor buffers and shampoo machines as directed by supervisors.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas and spot clean daily.
• Clean bathrooms and restock supplies daily.
• Monitor for defects and report to supervisors.
• Collect and dispose of trash and replace liners.
• Perform periodic high dusting and deep cleaning tasks as assigned.
