Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Cleaner for 2nd shift to perform a wide range of custodial duties in our facilities. The role emphasizes floor care, window cleaning, bathroom restocking, and general surface cleaning, with supervision by the Custodial Manager.

The ideal candidate can follow directions, work with minimal supervision, and maintain a high standard of service. compensation ranges from $16.75 to $19.00 per hour, with benefits including health, vision, dental insurance, and retirement

Qualifications

• No prior cleaning experience required.
• Able to follow directions and work with minimal supervision.
• Able to use cleaning tools and equipment.
• Must maintain high standards of cleanliness and pace.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and surfaces inside buildings.
• Operate standard floor buffers and shampoo machines.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas.
• Spot clean and shampoo rugs as directed.
• Dust and wipe furniture, fixtures, and surfaces; high dusting as needed.
• Wash windowsills and interior/exterior glass as directed.
• Restock bathrooms with paper and supplies daily.
• Report maintenance issues to supervisors.
• Move trash to designated collection areas and replace liners.
• Shovel snow from entrances as directed.
