Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Cleaner for the 2nd shift to perform a variety of custodial duties in office environments. The role requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work under supervision with a team.

Responsibilities include floor care, dusting, glass cleaning, and bathroom restocking, with duties expanding to periodic high-dusting and equipment operation as directed by the supervisor.

Qualifications

• Basic cleaning responsibilities require no previous experience.
• Must be able to take direction, to work with minimal supervision, and to function cooperatively as part of a team.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.
• Requires attention to detail, a pride in delivering excellent service, organization, and high levels of energy and endurance.

Responsabilités

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors, stairs and other surfaces (inside buildings).
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas; spot clean daily and shampoo rugs as directed.
• Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces; wash windowsills and interior/exterior glass.
• Restock bathrooms and monitor supplies; report defective fixtures.
