Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Part Time Cleaner for the 2nd shift to perform a broad range of custodial duties in our facilities. You will sweep, mop, vacuum, clean restrooms, restock supplies, and handle light maintenance tasks under supervision while maintaining high cleaning standards.

Qualifications

• Basic cleaning responsibilities requires no previous experience
• Must be able to take direction, to work with minimal supervision, and to function cooperatively as part of a team
• Requires attention to detail, a pride in delivering excellent service, organization, and high levels of energy and endurance.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors, and other surfaces.
• Use floor buffers and shampoo machines.
• Vacuum rugs in offices and public areas.
• Spot clean daily and shampoo rugs as directed.
• Clean and dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces.
• Wash bathrooms and restock supplies daily.
• Report defects to supervisors.
• Replace liners in waste baskets.
• Perform periodic high-dusting and wall washing.
• Other duties as assigned.
