Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a part-time Cleaner (2nd shift) to perform custodial duties under the supervision of the Custodial Manager. The role includes sweeping, mopping, window washing, and restroom upkeep across the facility.

You will operate professional cleaning equipment and ensure high standards of cleanliness. Applicants should be able to follow directions, work with minimal supervision, and show attention to detail and energy.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required for basic cleaning duties.
• Ability to take direction and work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to use cleaning tools and equipment.
• Ability to use a portable backpack vacuum.
• Demonstrates attention to detail and energy to deliver service.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and wash floors and surfaces inside buildings.
• Operate floor buffers and shampoo machines.
• Vacuum offices and public areas; spot clean and shampoo rugs as directed.
• Dust and wipe furniture, fixtures, and surfaces; high dusting as needed.
• Wash windowsills and interior/exterior glass surfaces daily.
• Restock bathroom supplies and maintain restrooms.
• Report maintenance issues to supervisors.
• Remove trash and replace liners daily.
