Job summary

Owens Realty Services is seeking a part-time General Cleaner in Savannah, GA to perform custodial tasks across a 4,500–5,000 sq ft facility. The role requires lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods while maintaining a clean, safe environment for tenants and staff.

You will work Saturdays and Sundays from 4:30 PM to 1:00 AM, with a 16-hour weekly schedule. A high school diploma or GED and reliability are preferred, along with the ability to follow PPE and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months of related custodial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine cleaning of offices, lobbies, breakrooms, bathrooms, and other areas to industry standards.
• Cleans and polishes surfaces, moves furniture, and uses safety equipment as directed by supervisor.
• Follows safety procedures, uses PPE, and handles bio-waste according to guidelines.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety of floors, walls, and fixtures; reports hazards promptly.
• Completes work orders and other duties as assigned.
