Job summary

Owens Realty Services is seeking a part-time General Cleaner to perform custodial duties at our Marietta facility. The role includes cleaning offices, bathrooms, lobbies, and common areas, restocking supplies, and following safety procedures.

The position runs Monday through Friday, 5 pm to 9 pm, with a $50 sign-on bonus and a pay rate of $15.75 per hour. Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma or GED and at least six months of related experience.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months of related experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs custodial tasks following company standards.
• Clean offices, lobbies, breakrooms, bathrooms and common areas.
• Restock supplies and maintain sanitation and safety in work areas.
• Follow safety procedures and use PPE as required.
