Job summary

Owens Realty Services is seeking a reliable General Cleaner to perform custodial work at our Marietta, GA facilities. The role covers cleaning offices, lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and common areas to industry standards, with emphasis on safety and efficiency.

The schedule is Monday through Friday from 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm, offering a part-time arrangement. The position includes a $50 sign-on bonus and a pay rate of $15.75 per hour for all cleaning duties performed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Six months of related experience preferred.
• Able to understand written and verbal instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial tasks to clean administrative offices, lobbies, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Vacuum carpets and clean surfaces; mop floors as required.
• Restroom sanitation and restocking supplies.
• Safely handle trash, recyclables, and waste, and secure areas when mopping.
• Report safety hazards to supervisor and follow PPE procedures.
