Owens Realty Services in Marietta, GA is hiring a General Cleaner to perform custodial duties across facilities, following industry standards. You will clean offices, lobbies, restrooms and floors while upholding safety and cleanliness.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED (preferred) and about six months of related experience; flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; basic English language skills.

• Able to understand written and verbal instructions in English.
• Able to apply common sense understanding to follow instructions that were provided.

Mansioni

• Cleans and sanitizes offices, lobbies, breakrooms, bathrooms and stairways in a clean, sanitary manner.
• Vacuums, sweeps, mops floors and dusts surfaces; stocks restrooms with supplies.
• Removes trash, recycles where applicable, and maintains clean work areas.
• Locks/unlocks doors as needed, reports safety hazards, and follows PPE procedures.
• Works a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
