Job summary

Owens Realty Services in Austell, GA is seeking a General Cleaner to perform custodial work across our facility, including offices, lobbies, bathrooms, and common areas. The shift will include evenings and weekends, with safety procedures and PPE requirements emphasized.

Pay rate is $15.50 per hour, with shifts Monday–Friday 8 pm–10 pm and Saturday 5 pm–7 pm. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, and applicants must understand English.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine cleaning of administrative offices, lobbies, breakrooms, lounges, corridors, bathrooms, elevators and stairways.
• Cleans toilets and sanitizes restrooms, sweeps, mops, dusts, and stocks supplies.
• Cleans and polishes furniture, fixtures, windows, doors, and related furnishings.
• Removes trash, recycles where applicable and ensures proper disposal.
• Cleans telephones, vacuums traffic areas, and maintains clean surfaces.
