Job summary

Owens Realty Services is seeking a General Cleaner to perform custodial duties for facilities in the area. The role involves cleaning offices, lobbies, bathrooms and common areas to industry-standard cleanliness within a typical shift from 7PM to 9PM, Monday through Saturday.

The position is part-time (12 hours/week) with pay at $15.00 per hour. Candidates should be able to work nights and weekends, follow safety guidelines, and wear company uniforms and PPE as required.

Qualifications

• Experience with routine cleaning of offices, lobbies, restrooms and common areas.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine cleaning of administrative offices, lobbies, breakrooms, lounges, corridors, bathrooms, elevators and stairways.
• Cleans toilets, restrooms, sinks and surfaces, replenishes supplies.
• Vacuums carpets and hard floors and dusts surfaces as needed.
