Owens Realty Services is seeking a Custodian/General Cleaner to perform custodial duties at facilities in the Marietta, GA area. The role involves cleaning approximately 4,500–5,000 sq ft per location per hour, following industry standards and safety procedures.

Responsibilities include routine cleaning of offices and common areas, sanitizing restrooms, dusting, trash removal, and ensuring a safe, orderly environment.

Responsibilities

• Performs all assigned tasks in a professional manner reflecting the company’s integrity.
• Cleans administrative offices, lobbies, breakrooms, corridors, bathrooms, stairs, and elevators.
• Stays mindful of safety: uses PPE, reports hazards, secures areas while cleaning.
• Empties trash, replaces liners, and manages waste according to guidelines.
• Cleans and polishes furniture, fixtures, and surfaces; dusts and sanitizes as required.
• Locks/unlocks doors, turns off lights when rooms are unoccupied, and keeps equipment tidy.
• Maintains cleanliness of hallways, restrooms, and high-traffic areas; re-stocks supplies.
